- Advertisement of home's availability via multiple resources
- Management of rental bookings

- Home and linen cleaning and preparation prior to guest arrival and following departure
- General household upkeep and maintenance (up to 6 hours per month)
Costs:
- $250/month for up to 6 hours of general home maintenance
- 25% of rental income for all other listed services
